1. You are an engineer. As most engineers know the Devil is in the details. Ecotech once wanted to produce some kind of fuel from garbage but it resulted in a fracas. Some former Aruban government wanted to place a so-called Hydrostore at Boca Grandi. Garbage processing is a science and we need persons who have practical knowledge about that matter not some organizations wanting to make only a fast buck gambling on the ignorance of some powerholders. Powerholders willing to sign everythingwhich is placed before him or her.
